OPERATION HOMEPAGE
'Operation Neptune'
is an original story in the John
Storm franchise, featuring the Lost City of
Atlantis,
extreme international climate change activism, involving nuclear submarines,
including the discovery of Nazi Gold in a sunken U-Boat as a complication, and
the struggle between protagonists and antagonists, as they
each pursue their own objectives.
The
environmental extremists belong to an organization called 'Terramental.'
The Terramentalists, or Terramentals as the media refers to
them, are dedicated to saving planet
earth: Terra Firma - Environmental. They are somewhat
violently opposed to the gas, oil and nuclear power businesses
that have been warming up the climate for too many years -
without sufficient pressure from the United
Nations, to force the G20
to introduce legislation to force renewables
onto the market, with tax breaks and other incentives. And
outlaw nuclear generation, because of the dangerous
radioactive waste, that industry produces.
The
Terramentals see fossil
fuel companies and executives as Climate
Nazis. The first of which to be deposed, being Vladimir
Putin. Not of their doing.
